Can I Return My Jewelry?

Absolutely! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 15-day return policy. If you’d like a refund or exchange, simply reach out to our customer support team at alina@alinacelestejewelry.com within 15 calendar days of receiving your parcel. We’ll guide you through the process step-by-step.

Please note, you’ll be responsible for the shipping cost when sending your item(s) back to us. Once we provide you with the return address, kindly return your items within seven (7) working days. We want to ensure a smooth process, so please understand that items returned after this period won’t be eligible for a refund or exchange.


Returning/Exchanging Damaged or Defective Items

Please don’t worry, we assure you that such situations are very rare. Each piece undergoes strict quality control before being sent out, ensuring that you receive it in perfect condition.

If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact us within 15 calendar days of receiving their order. We’re here to help. Please include photos that clearly show the issue, along with a brief description of the problem. We’ll take care of the rest.


What Items Are Non-Returnable?

  • Promotional or sale items: These are excluded from refunds or exchanges. However, items purchased using a discount code (but not sale items) can be returned.
  • Condition: All merchandise must be returned in its original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not have been resized or altered in any way, otherwise no refund will be given.
  • Shipping with tracking: Customers must use a shipping method with tracking information when returning or exchanging merchandise. Returns or exchanges without tracking will not be processed.
  • Promotional gifts: When returning merchandise, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned item. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

As soon as we receive your returned item(s), we will initiate a refund of the purchase price of your items (excluding the shipping fee in case you paid for shipping). Please note that for all countries, taxes, duties, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
