Shipping
When can I expect my jewelry to arrive?
The time you receive the product = processing time + shipping time
All items are In-Stock Products unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Expedited shipping is not available.
The shipping times provided are estimates from our courier partners, and while we strive for timely delivery, unexpected delays can sometimes occur due to factors beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and want you to know that we’ll do everything we can to minimize any inconvenience.
How much does shipping cost?

Can I track my jewelry in the mail?
Absolutely! You’ll be able to track your jewelry every step of the way.

For made-to-order items, please allow up to 3 business days for tracking updates to appear.
Will my order be shipped on a weekend or holiday?
All orders ship Monday to Friday. Excluding weekends and public holidays.
We recommend placing your order early, especially if it’s a gift for a birthday or holiday, to ensure your jewelry arrives on time.

How can I pay for my jewelry?
We accept all major credit cards (e.g., Visa, Mastercard) and debit cards from your country. We may also accept other payment methods depending on your location. All available payment options will be shown at checkout.
Currency for Payment
Our prices are based on USD. If you’re outside the US, the price will automatically convert to your local currency. You can view both the USD and local currency prices on each product page. The final amount will be charged in your local currency at checkout.
What should I do if my payment fails?

Returns & Refunds
Can I Return My Jewelry?
Absolutely! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 15-day return policy. If you’d like a refund or exchange, simply reach out to our customer support team at alina@alinacelestejewelry.com within 15 calendar days of receiving your parcel. We’ll guide you through the process step-by-step.
Please note, you’ll be responsible for the shipping cost when sending your item(s) back to us. Once we provide you with the return address, kindly return your items within 7 working days. We want to ensure a smooth process, so please understand that items returned after this period won’t be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Returning / Exchanging Damaged or Defective Items
Please don’t worry, we assure you that such situations are extremely unlikely to happen. Each piece undergoes strict quality control before being sent out, ensuring that you receive it in perfect condition.
If your jewelry is damaged upon arrival due to factors not caused by the customer, customers must contact us within 15 calendar days of receiving their order. We’re here to help. Please include photos that clearly show the issue, along with a brief description of the problem. We’ll take care of the rest. And we’ll gladly cover the shipping costs for your return or exchange in this situation.
What Items Are Non-Returnable?
Promotional or sale items: These are excluded from refunds or exchanges. However, items purchased using a discount code (but not sale items) can be returned.
Condition: All merchandise must be returned in its original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not have been resized or altered in any way, otherwise no refund will be given.
Shipping with tracking: Customers must use a shipping method with tracking information when returning or exchanging merchandise. Returns or exchanges without tracking will not be processed.
Promotional gifts: When returning merchandise, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned item. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
As soon as we receive your returned item(s), we will initiate a refund of the purchase price of your items (excluding the shipping fee in case you paid for shipping). Please note that for all countries, taxes, duties, and shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
Warranty
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes! We offer a 1-year free warranty for all Alinaceleste Jewelry pieces. If your jewelry is damaged due to material or craftsmanship defects, we will repair or replace it.
Warranty Period
365 natural days from the day you receive your package.

Lost Items: Loss of jewelry for reasons unrelated to Alinaceleste Jewelry.
Normal Wear and Tear: Damage from regular use such as bending rings or broken chains.
Improper Use & Storage: Damage from exposure to chemicals, cosmetics, perfumes, sweat, cooking, swimming, or excessive wear.
Gemstone Loss: Loss of gemstones from daily wear.
Natural Imperfections: Natural inclusions in gemstones are not covered.
Third-Party Modifications: If jewelry has been modified or repaired by someone other than Alinaceleste Jewelry, the warranty will be void.
How to Claim Warranty
Email us with your order number and reason for warranty. Once your claim is verified, we will send you instructions to return the item.
Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
Packaging: Ensure the item is securely packaged. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Shipping Method: Please use a trackable shipping method. Untracked items will not be processed.

What metal do you use in your jewelry?
- Metal Base: 925 Sterling Silver
925 sterling silver is a premium silver alloy containing 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals (typically copper) to improve strength and durability. Known for its brilliant luster and hypoallergenic nature, sterling silver is a preferred choice in fine jewelry. Unlike lower-grade metals, it resists tarnishing and is gentle on sensitive skin, making it ideal for everyday wear.

All our sterling silver jewelry is enhanced with a durable 3μm plating using advanced techniques, available in three elegant finishes:
Platinum-Plated Sterling Silver: Solid sterling silver coated with a thick 3μm layer of platinum for a bright, hypoallergenic, and scratch-resistant finish.
14K Gold Vermeil: A 3μm layer of genuine 14K gold plated over sterling silver—combining gold’s luxury with silver’s strength and affordability.
14K Rose Gold Vermeil: A romantic rose hue created by plating 3μm of 14K rose gold over sterling silver, offering warmth, elegance, and durability.
What is Vermeil?
Vermeil refers to jewelry made with a sterling silver base and a thick layer of real gold plating, usually 10K or 14K, 18K, with a minimum thickness of 2.5 microns. This differs from regular gold-plated jewelry, which often uses cheaper metals and much thinner gold layers.
Our 3-micron gold layer on 925 silver far exceeds vermeil standards and, with proper care, lasts 2–3 years or more—well beyond usual plating longevity.
Do you offer natural and authentic gemstones?
Absolutely! Over 90% of our gemstones are natural and authentic, but we also offer select lab-grown and synthetic options, such as lab-grown rubies and moissanite.
We are fully transparent about the origin of every gemstone. Each product page clearly indicates whether the stone is natural, lab-grown, or synthetic. You’ll always receive genuine, high-quality gems with full disclosure—so you can shop with confidence.
Why do you offer Non-natural gems? Are they fake?
Are synthetic, lab-grown, or moissanite stones “fake”? Not at all. They are not fake.
Lab-grown and synthetic gems have identical chemical, physical, and optical properties as their natural counterparts. They sparkle just as brilliantly, last just as long. It is hardly to distinguish from natural gems with the naked eye.
While imitation or fake gems may look like real gems, they differ entirely in chemical composition and physical properties. They are typically made from glass, plastic, or other low-cost substances and lack the natural or synthetic crystal structure of genuine gemstones. Cannot replicate the brilliance, fire, or hardness of real gems, resulting in inferior wear-ability and durability. They hold no true gem value and are usually sold at very low prices.

Difference Between Synthetic and Lab-Grown Gemstones
Synthetic Gemstones These are man-made using techniques that replicate the natural gemstone’s structure and properties. The process may vary (like flame fusion or hydrothermal methods), but the result is a gemstone identical in appearance and composition to its natural counterpart. Synthetic gems have been used in both industry and fine jewelry for over a century.
Lab-Grown Gemstones These are also made in labs, but the focus is on growing the gemstone slowly, under conditions that mimic how gems form in nature—often using more advanced and eco-friendly technologies. Lab-grown gems are known for their purity and vivid color.
In Summary: Both are real gemstones—not glass or imitations. While "synthetic" highlights man-made replication and "lab-grown" emphasizes the natural-like growth process, both offer the same quality, durability, and beauty as mined gemstones. They are sustainable, ethical, and cost-effective alternatives to natural stones.
What is Moissanite?
Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone first discovered in a meteorite in 1893. Today, it is grown using advanced thermal technology that replicates the high-temperature conditions of its natural formation. The result is a crystal structure nearly identical to natural moissanite—but with enhanced clarity and brilliance.
Known for its exceptional fire, brilliance, and durability, moissanite scores 9.25 on the Mohs hardness scale—second only to diamonds (10 on the Mohs hardness scale). It doesn’t cloud or fade over time, making it ideal for everyday wear.
Moissanite is the perfect alternative to diamonds—luxurious, responsible, and made to last. More affordable, It’s more affordable, conflict-free, environmentally friendly, and requires no mining.
